From Talk About the Park Ladybird book, 50p, from The Ladybird Lady at Broadway Market.
If today is anything to go by, London is in for some gorgeous Autumnal weather this weekend. I'm heading to Hampstead Heath for lots of kicking of leaves, throwing of frisbee and hunting for shiny brown conkers and chestnuts. Perfect.
It is a gorgeous autumnal weekend!

Ladybird books!!! Wow! My firsts were their "Peter and Jane" series - compulsory reads in kindergarten. They also got me into crafty things young with their how-to range. Are they still making books? xx

Make Do - I know, how amazing was today's Indian summer?
Likkle girl - aaah, I was brought up on Ladybird books when we lived over here when I was little. The publisher is still around but the "Learning with Mother" and "Talkabout" series from the '70s were pretty rad and so progressive for their time. Lots of crafty stuff, too. xx
